We support RealWorld Classic versions 9.0, 9.1, 8.0 to 8.6, 6.6M, 6.5M, PAS2000 and Great Plains Small Business Manager. We offer the following support options:

3  Hour Quarterly Support Contract for $675
6  Hour Semi Annual Support Contract for $1250
10  Hour Annual Support Plan for $1645


With a current support contract, you may contact us whenever you need support for your RealWorld accounting software. Just pick up the phone and we'll be at your service Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST*.

Although a support contract is preferential, CSE does offer support on a "per incident" basis. The rate for each 1-hour block of time is $245.00. With "per incident" support, any remaining time does not carry over to subsequent support incidents. A credit card is required for "per incident" support services and support time is non-refundable.
